What’s the Best Type of Honey for Daily Health?
Hi guys! I have lately started to make a bit of honey on my every day basis from which varieties spring: Manuka, Tulsi, Acacia, Buckwheat, and even Lavender honey! Every single one offers distinct benefits to health. I put Tulsi honey in my tea, and it works wonders for digestion and building my immunity. Has anybody else been taking one or other type of honey often? It would be great to collectively consider which honey works best for energy, skincare, or general health literacy, so we could share our observations.
